Intellectual Property & Original Designs

All physical products, 3D models, digital files, photography, graphics, brand names, and website content displayed on this site are the property of Formed Living (or used under official commercial licensing agreements).

  • 3D Printed Products: All physical items purchased from Formed Living are sold strictly for personal use as home decor.

  • Prohibition of Reproduction: Purchasing a physical product does not grant any rights to scan, reverse-engineer, mold, cast, 3D print for resale, or otherwise duplicate or distribute Formed Living designs without explicit written permission.

Product Disclaimer & Use

Because our products are crafted using 3D printing technology (additive manufacturing):

  • Surface Characteristics: Minor surface variations, subtle layer lines, and minor cosmetic imperfections are inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Material Properties & Care: Products are printed in PETG. Unless explicitly stated in the product listing (such as items with included drip trays), our products are intended primarily for indoor display, dried arrangements, or faux botanicals, and may not be 100% watertight unless sealed. Keep away from extreme heat sources (above 150°F / 65°C).

Limitation of Liability

Formed Living shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products, including but not limited to water damage from non-watertight vessels or improper plant care.
